As COVID-19 continues to have a devastating effect on many people and businesses, we realize many who are living paycheck to paycheck will have a hard time making ends meet.
We want to try and help.
Combined with our regular house buying activities, we would like to give $1000 each to TWO families for every house we purchase during these uncertain times.
Our buying process stays the same (we’ll just do it virtually through pictures/videos). We take our time to assess the property and make it perfectly clear to each homeowner what we consider to be their best choices, even if it does not mean selling to us. No low-ball, hard-selling strategies.
We buy all types of houses that require a bit of work, or a lot of work – even good looking ones, mobile homes, and tenant occupied also.
How It Works:
- If we buy from you directly as the owner, we’ll ask you to suggest two families for us to support.
- If you refer us to a house that we end up buying, we will be supporting one family of your choice and one family of the seller’s choice.
- If you do not have a family in mind, we will support a local company of your choice.
- Finally, as usual, we pay a $2000 referral fee for any house we purchase that isn’t your own. The referral fee in this situation will be on top of the relief funds we are pledging.
